Thread: UBUNTU v11.10 does not allow to assocation with MYOB.exe installed with WINE

re: ubuntu v11.10 not allow assocation myob.exe installed wine

have installed 11.10 different prior version, allowed scroll through folders associate program file program exe.
trying program file .myo open directly double clkcing on it. work around 11.10 open myob.exe first, direct .myo working file.
tried associate myob.exe program .myo working file, 11.10 provides list, doesn't include myob.exe. don't think 11.10 recognises programs within wine emulator itself.
there way myob.exe show in list? please detail well.
in advance help!

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
