unable to login any user id first time in the Adobe content viewer (R25)

i using r25 adobe content viewer. the problem unable login user id first time. when 2nd time same id successfully. please suggest.

this known issue v25 adobe content viewer. fixed v26 version, awaiting approval apple. if have pro or enterprise subscription dps, can build custom adobe content viewer.
