any video footage import displays this, tried 5dmkii, 7d, , gopro @ various resolutions , framerates. preview , program monitors. running cs6 6.02, date according application manager.

2nd... exact brand/model graphic adapter card , exact video driver

if nvidia right click in open area of windows desktop

select nvidia control panel popup window

select system information @ lower left corner

driver version should 1st line in details

i have gtx285 using driver 296.10 , win7

 

do not count on windows update tell driver date... go directly vendor site , check model

 

if nvidia... driver updates http://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
