Allow learner to print report of user-created variables

i have learners entering information text boxes , capturing information variables. able allow them generate , print kind of report @ end of module of information entered. best way this? thought create series of slides display entries , allow them option of printing slide. but, don't know how that. , i'm not sure it's best option. have suggestions?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
