Editing Local Dynamic Pages - How To?

i figure should simple can't seem figure out how it. in past believe able in dw.

 

i've set website locally running off local server , there seems working in dw. can view live page , live code. however, can't view live page , edit page.

 

does have recommendation on how can best add code dynamic page? i'm running cs5. here's screenshot of example. let's wanted insert simple code arrrow is.

 

i need on it's under impression do. can give.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
