"HTMLLoader failed to initialize"

we ship application captive runtime bundle. package adobe air 3.3. when analyzing errors coming our clients, see couple of cases when "htmlloader failed initialize" error message. it's coming users both on mac , windows.

 

can give me hint can go wrong, should check?

 

i saw few discussions here related "htmlloader failed initialize" error message none of them relevant.

i don't know of outstanding issues can happen.  chance can reproduce consistently?  if so, please open new bug report on over @ bugbase.adobe.com?  when adding bug, please include sample code or application can test out internally.  if you'd keep private, feel free email attachment me directly (ccampbel@adobe.com).
