Getting single application discount with a master collection

i have cs 6 master collection , create cloud application i'm interested in photoshop cc application. when try , purchase photoshop cc app using master collection serial number not give me $9.99 year discount. there way single application discount using (vastly more expensive) master collection serial number?

it seems not checking promotional offer link.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
