Opening art work

i cant seem art work have created open in illustrator double clicking. have either tell open or drag program. know fix this?

normal file association problems, since didn't provide system information, nobody can tell exactly. sounds windows, though. in case eitehr extras --> folder options or organize --> folder- & search options friend... delete ai file association, manually reinstate next time double-click file...

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
