Poorly rendered titles in PE 11

i'm trying put short video, titles coming out fuzzy edges. great on computer monitor during edting process, degraded after rendering. i've been using solid color backgrounds. of black , royal blue. i've been using pe since version 1.0 , have never had problem before.
i have program (2 purchases) installed on windows 8 64-bit os 16 g of memory, , graphics card, win7 32-bit laptop 4 gigs of ram. video less 5 minutes long, it's important.

i have same problem , solution.  can us?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
