Print Greyscale Within A Colour Document?

running: windows xp & acrobat pro x

hey guys,

 

i have 60 page document needs printing, , there 40 text pages containing black , white , 20 pages colour.

 

i wanting know how lock down 40 pages print in greyscale , rest of document prints in colour??

there more black , white on pages? if not, aren't printing out b&w on color printer?
