Problem with creative cloud

supposedly, when sign on, link creative cloud supposed provide download link, never does.

not sure if want download link application or file>

 

to download application sign in adobe id creative cloud apps page @ https://creative.adobe.com/apps. should see download links desktop applications.

 

to download file creative cloud files page @ https://creative.adobe.com/files, click on thumbnail go file. actions menu download option.
