Thread: How many of you have used MINIX 3..?

i installed unix-like os on 1 of old spare laptops .

lightweight , stable , can used desktop os (to basic day day tasks )

wonder how many of have used , opinion ..?

been using on year, admittadly project text book (most expensive book i've bought since uni!) can imagine, i've developed strong love it... dog!

never installed on bare metal though, how's going? i've been tempted give go on 1 of desktops try - figured wi-fi going make laptop no go honest. mine runs in virtualbox on ppc mac - i've qemu'd on box, it's found home on emac... irritatingly powerpc processor limit virtualisation options slightly!

have played collosal cave adventure yet? retro gaming! can't remember if installed default now... there's 2 games in binary knowledge!
