Thread: Media player with UPnP client????

i have media server. can access ps3 , phone. how heck can play music/video/pictures (music important) on ubuntu (gnome)?

have seen rhythmbox suppose have plug-in not available in config reason. running ubuntu 11.10 64bit.

need able access media server ubuntu. driving me crazy.

a little more info. can see media server on ubuntu using "gupnp universal control point" program.

know server reachable laptop. cant figure out how media player access it. suggestions?

thought using "djmount" mount media server file system work needs. doesn't seem anything. or (more likely) can't figure out.

so, if have suggestions sure appreciate it!

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
