Thread: Ratpoison startup with basic xterm layout etc.

hi

started using ratpoison wm , using much. there 1 slight problem i'd solve though;
every session start off making 1 workspace same set-up: +- few xterm's refesh few cat commmands, wicd-curses session, alsamixer, etc.

i'd 2 able 2 make automated, none of guides found clear, , if had algorithm it, not work me.

can guide me in right direction?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
