Thread: Unity launcher right-click doesn't activate

running second clean install of 11.10 , have noticed that, often, moving mouse onto unity launcher , right-clicking activate menu options, doesn't work.

example:
- move mouse onto thunderbird icon
- right-click , attempt select "compose new message"
- nothing highlighted
- move mouse away , try again.
- works.

happen else?
bug? can fixed?

it's not doing me try ubuntu 2d (log out, select ubuntu 2d de log in) , see if still it.

noticed weirdness in normal unity (unity 3d or whatever wanna call it) not thunderbird. have pidgin in unity launcher, , when go open it, won't show contact list or anything, still logs me in , still see notification of people logging in , stuff. switched ubuntu 2d , haven't had problem since. possibly few bugs standard unity.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
