CP5 Text to Sppech slide notes disappear

we have project in captivate 5 have slide notes audio , different ones closed captioning.  audio slide notes vtml script has disappeared slide notes in slides.  still in speech management list not on slide.  closed captioning text still present in slide notes each slide.

has dealt this before?

any ideas casued happen?

well since wrote discovered had happened.  developer had accidently hit drop down on slide notes page , selected closed captioning drop down list.  thought i'd still post reminder others if happens them.
