Creating forms not for "distribution"

recent upgrader x pro xi pro.  want able create/edit fillable forms internal use; not gathering/compiling data.  thinking miss livecycle.  how do this?

you can create regular acroforms acrobat: tools > forms > edit

 

you can use formscentral desktop application design simple forms , export pdf, in case won't include submit button causes form data submitted formscentral.

one problem xfa forms have limited or no support mobile pdf viewers such adobe reader ios/android.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
