Document fonts folder missing within InDesign package?

help - when attempt preflight document, document fonts folder missing entirely.  quite strange seems happen out of nowhere.  have packaged documents each day until today out issues.  final package contain indd file, txt file, , links folder.  document fonts folder missing.... insight appreciated!

preflight , package different operations entirely.

 

assuming mean "package" (that's create links , fonts folders), there's checkbox in window choose want package saved: "copy fonts (except cjk)". if box unchecked, no document fonts folder created.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
