Doesn't always save in Version Set

i using pse-11.  have been editing many pictures (cropping , enhancing) before send them printing.  select 6 or 8 images , send them pse-11 editor.  when have done editing, select close , apply answers first file of them.  want them in version sets originals, , of them correct.  images stored, words 'edited-1' added, not in version sets, nor in catalog.  organizer tells me has found new files. 

 

also, when saving of images, pse-11 freezes , shown not responding several minutes.

 

yesterday, organizer froze several minutes after started using it.

 

i using desktop pc:  hp m9452p intel core-2 quad q8200 processor, 8 gb ram, 750 gb hard disk, , windows 7 home premium 64 bit. 

 

i have on 35000 images in catalog.

please try catalog repair , optimize once.

ensure while saving in editor, checkboxes corresponding save in version set , include in organizer checked.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
