Elements 11 - Print disabled after Page Setup

i got elements 11 , it's not going well.  severe bug if click on page setup..., print dialog becomes non-functional.  page setup... , print... buttons no longer when clicked.  problem persists until quit , relaunch elements.  can work around configuring in print window alone, prevents setting elements options custom paper sizes.  i've tried resetting elements' preferences.  other apps, including older version of elements had, print without problem.

 

macos 10.6.8

adobe editor 11.0

brother hl-2170w 4.5.0

canon pro-100 10.66.0.0

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
