Flash Ad in YouTube Causes Problem

i using flash 11.7.700.169 on computer windows 8 , internet exploer 10.  within past 24 hours, have been hving problem flash ad in youtube causing youtube malfunction.  when ad opens, following message appears: "a problem caused program stop working correctly.  windows close program , notify if solution available."  workaround i've discovered disable flash while youtube loads , reactivate when want play video, i'm wondering if better solution available.  help!

when went youtube yesterday graphics card error , when tried 2nd time crash , give me blue screen. happen on , over, error , crash. blamed samsung ad on youtube. still blame it. bit bullet , updated ati radeon hd 5570 drivers april 2012 update. i've avoided update because mess of old games don't play anymore whatever. youtube videos work , no longer error , crash me samsung ad still messed up. 1 time froze browser , every other time it's 1 big green banner. i'm sure it's suppose annoying ad , not green square. happened on windows 7 , ie10. had no problems google chrome before , after updating driver.
