Help with Bleeds & Trims per ad specs

i'm still in new user stages of using indesign. have created many ads before templates set me. need change bleed , trim new ad, using magazine specifications. gave me , i'm little confused on how set them up. i'm not sure if start standard 8.5x11 page.

 

full page:  7.125" x 10.125"

bleed:  8.375" x 11.125"

trim:  8.125" x 10.875"

 

any appreciated. thank you!

that's weird spec, interpret mean set page size 8.125 x 10.875, , add .125 bleed on 4 sides. set top , bottom margins .375 , left , right .5 , use guides "safe zone."  alternate interpretation might 7.125 x 10.125 size use add not meant bleed. should call them , ask clarification.
