looks opera's signatures became invalid.

old config issue key changed, or opera's fault.

if added list file directly, issue , need update key used or reinstall opera dev repository using apt-add-repository (which think auto-updates keys).

if didn't, chances it's opera's problem. can fix it.

there slight chance key being served ubuntu, , need update it, talking knows more me more helpful.
