Thread: Unable to Remove fonts

i have downloaded fonts various sites , installed them option in fonts...

want remove of them unable find option remove fonts ..
have visited on
/usr/shared/fonts
fonts not there..
have searched whole computer unable find installed...

did double-click on font files install them?

have in ~/.fonts. open home folder , press ctrl-h reveal hidden files. if there folder called ".fonts" (with leading dot) open , see if fonts there. if are, delete them.

should disappear system deleted .fonts folder, if not log out , log in again. if still not disappear, regenerating font cache may help, don't believe necessary. if need know how regenerate font cache, post back.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
