Thread: Uninstalling Acroread

i using ubuntu 11.04 (64 bit). use classic desktop. after removing acroread (installed ubuntu software center), numerous error messages in .xsession-errors reading "(process:1786): warning **: recent-manager-provider.vala:125: desktop file acroread not found." there way stop warning?

you can try this, open terminal , enter:

sudo apt-get remove --purge acroread

not know sure, may have install acroread first, purge command work.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
