Thread: Where can I find system information?

i'm using ubuntu 11.04 unity desktop.

there place can system information kind of video card have, version of ubuntu, version of gnome 11.04 has (if using it), etc.?

recall seeing place can't recall @ all.

try clicking on gear wheel top right of screen , selecting 'system settings'. afaik things there remember when using 11.04.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
