where can file complaint against adobe's on complicated websites , great , time-consuming difficulty in canceling creative cloud subscriptions.

 

it wasted me couple of hours trying cancel , in end spoke man in india didn't understand english properly.

 

as software developer, adobe should experts @ creating user friendly interfaces have failed miserably!

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
