Why is my purchased software running as a trial?

i have adobe web , design premium had purchased (and regestered) last fall give me 30 day trial warning. did use free trial of adobe creative cloud try program did not have, not understand why effect purchased software. ideas how fix this?

@ whit_y - - no worries, have run of application have isntalled, when gives trial window, click on 'license software' , signin - adobe id , password.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
