after upgrading, my button states don't render properly

the 3 large words supposed change color dropshadow on rollover , color when click (which doesn't happen @ all), resting state doesn't disappear it's supposed to...and used to. nothing changed except muse version. how how was?

 

 

update i'm editing after working on it. able rollover block out normal state making white background in rollover state...but left me unable put dropshadow on type itself. also, click state still not work (doesn't change color). can't seem find fix that. anyway, it's better after upgrading, not want it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
