"Update Library Files" Has stopped working for one library item.

i have 1 library file isn't updating.  working yesterday , made change 1 of links , has stopped updating file completely.  i'm not experienced in dreamweaver.

 

i've tried deleting file out of library , putting template 1 in there , changing spelling , not update.  else works fine, i've attached video first showing menu_side works fine , upadates menu_top not.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
