not printing all pages when using small file size option of Adobe pdf

hi,

in order reduce size of pdf document, used "smallest file size" option (creating pdf existing pdf). while documents results tremendous, other documents not pages printed (e.g. 113 first pages of 660 pages document) - rather annoying. there no particular reason why printing did stop @ specific page.

 

how can issue fixed?

are trying reduce page size reprinting adobe pdf virtual printer? if not idea, acrobat has optimizer setting reduce pdf file size. has other settings well. version of acrobat using?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
