"Adobe Photoshop CS4 has stopped working" error in Win7?

hi all,

i’m getting following error message when ever try use phtoshop , program gets close.

“adobe photoshop cs4 has stopped working. problem caused program stop working correctly. windows close program , notify if solution available”

 

please see following error event.

cpu intel core i5 3210m.

memory 4gb.

vga nvidia geforce gt 630m 2gb.

 

please help, thank you...


run creative suite cleaner tool, reinstall program. make sure run sufficient user privileges.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
