Photoshop organizer to editor and back and forth?

  1. on dec. 2012 , jan, 2013 permitted 1 of adobe off shore techs. control computer. problem @ switch program organizer editor.
  2. tech spent 2 days , told program fixed , late in signed off.
  3. next day when started use computer found out inoperable , not operating program properly.
  4. i turned whole on computer consultant , t took him approximately 8 hours return computer usable condition. photoshop elements photoshop premiere operating.
  5. unfortunately became incapacitate , not able return using computer till recently. @ time found not not able go organizer editor pse 11 , pse 10 interacting each other
  6. note pse 9 still operating independently.
  7. i have no ask consultant see if handle problem not schedule is. purchased element 11 , premiere 11 in dec. 2012 , have not been able use since , shore tech blew should able adobe.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
