Thread: Gnome shell slooooooow...

hello. i'm using lubuntu on toshiba nb100 , installed gnome shell, it's slow sometimes. before had gnome shell tried xcompmgr use docks slow , when ran in terminal gave me errors, i'm not using anymore. in both cases animations have lot of breaks.

can me?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
