hi, built pc earlier today , got around installing os.

i've tried install zorin via usb stick. stick fine, checked sum , that. thought kernel error, got lite version. can't install either.

basically, hit f12 boot menu, usb=zip, gray screen, black screen white text ends error failed handling.

can boot menu os, no matter option choose nothing.

try using "nomodeset" , "acpi=off" booting parameters. should able them boot screen (typically can), although i've never used zorin os in life.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
