Thread: Shank from HIB 4 Does not Install

i tried downloading 64bit .deb file twice, , still not work.

1st time: connection interrupted half-way side (supermeatboy downloaded fine).

2nd time: game downloaded, ubuntu software center not install it

code:

internal error file "/home/username/downloads/shank_20111207_amd64.deb" not opened.

that has vague error report ever had in ubuntu.

there known working version of game download? don't want spend 4 hours downloading find out again.

sorry hear shank isn't workin can check md5sum cd-ing dir downloaded shank ,

code:

md5sum name_of_shank_download_file

to verify downloaded file not corrupted. avoid installing .deb through ubuntu software center , use gdebi package installer instead indicates names of missing dependencies (if any), albeit 1 @ time. hope can workin cause looks totally rockin game, it's not find location download file other location supports humblebundle key due drm , copyright.
