Weird Action Script Error

so doing simple timeline navigation flash website, programming buttons go , play/stop etc.  time.  , everytime rendered file error:

 

1026: constructor functions must instance methods.

 

i thought maybe had messed actionscript wasn't noticing deleted start again when rendered out again got same error, though @ time code had @ couple stop commands.  tried removing stop commands out of curiosity , still same error.  it's telling me there's problem actionscript though don't have actionscript.

 

any ideas problem might be?

 

i tried googling , thing find might apply me if had instance name or symbol name same function command, went through , checked , there's nothing think used in actionscript.  safe changed names anyway , still got same error.

 

what be?!

remove document class.
