11.7.700.169 exe won't run

i'm trying install 11.7.700.169 on 64-bit windows 7. i've tried via chrome, ie , firefox. each time download , open exe file, when click "run" nothing happens. know in chrome there technote being part of browser , needs enabled.... when go enable plug in, says need download critical security update. when follow link download, have same problem file won't run. it's not i'm not waiting long enough because i've waited long time see if start run , doesn't! thoughts?

download offline installers ie , firefox http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#mai n-pars_header (under heading progress bar hangs...).

 

i don't know chrome, don't use browser.
