AE lost my control plus, minus and reduce in Top RH corner? Tech Help!

hi all,

have strange thing going on. swear there used standard browser control of  - + , reduce box in top rh corner in window , every other adobe product. however, got virus hiding in adobe reader. believe cleaned scanned 2 different virus companies. both came nothing found. cleared temp folder, dumped trash after un installing ae. re installed ae , still no window control?

 

plus in system start tray programs adobe master collection folder open ae icon generic icon, although work shortcut.

 

the other thing it  evident in task bar 'pinned icon' here screen shot of ae no + or - in top corner...

win7 pro srv pk1

3770k intel

z77 mobo

nividia quadro 4000

 

all updated drivers/versions

 

i lost adobe reader had uninstall trojan file home. stuck disc in did not see icon re-install.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
