DVDs for Europe, New Zealand

hi,

 

i delivered dvd project client corporate training. shot in ntsc , encoded dvd region 1.

 

the client has asked me take me provide same dvd in format can use in europe , new zealand. sadly not interested in sending me countries reshoot.

 

does know need make dvd play in europe (uk , germany) , new zealand? assume must convert videos pal (i've never done that) , remake dvd specific region. else? ideas on possibly go wrong? i've heard converting ntsc pal mathematically not clean process. footage shot @ 720p, 24.
