Hosting multiple simultaneous meetings: problems?!?
i've discovered there ways can host multiple meetings simultaneously same computer, , questions whether there issues or problems doing so. first method having 1 meeting active in browser window while second meeting active in add-in, , second method hosting 1 meeting inside microsoft windows virtual pc emulation on mac laptop while second meeting runs in mac os itself. in both cases, can toggle between meetings relative ease, somehow seems create technical problems. adobe have official opinion on type of use? there behind-the-scenes technical issues arise doing this? else use connect in manner and, if so, have ever experienced problems?
let's start potential licensing issue have. if are on named organizer (host) licensing model, use case against end user licensing agreement (eula) adobe. named host can create many rooms want/need, may use 1 @ time. if have concurrent user licensing, there not issue, each meeting running occupying additional concurrent user license. meaning if have 4 meetings running @ same time, occupying 4 of total concurrent user incenses.
assuming don't have licensing conflict, shouldn't need play multiple browser/os game. have had multiple meetings open @ same time on same account in 1 browser many times. being on concurrent user license able this, , works when teaching use of connect via connect. way can play room doesn't have students in it, when demonstrate ending room or removing user, don't exclude in training room. i'm not sure if there official option type of use, since not terribly common use case, believe shouldn't need jump through hoops jumping through.
