How do I reorder photos by title?

i have collected 185 photos son's high school graduation.  many of them scanned old photos, rest digital.  painstakingly put them in chronological order , named them, scan1, scan2, scan3...etc.  when imported them ps 9 out of order.  saved them album re-order them, don't see "reorder title" option.  there solution?  hoping create slide show , photo book, need in chronological order.  ones scanned dated same if infant pics , teenager - doesn't work. assistance appreciated.

unfortunately there not "sort filename" option when looking @ albums.

 

when in "album order", can drag , drop images put them order want.

 

are these images in same folder?

 

if so, try following.

1) if there other unwanted images in folder tag wanted ones

2) switch display "folder location" view [top right]

3) select folder , tag (if tagged in 1 above) - should show wanted images in filename order

 

now them album

4) create new album

5) select images displayed in 3 above , drag them new album

6) switch display mode "thumbnail view" , select album - images should in right order

 

if of above unclear, come back.
