Let people send photo through my site from form?

i have site form baby dedication on wanted have picture sent form. there tutorial on knows about? know probaly have done php i'm ready that.

any great!!!

the first question want picture? 

example: receive e-mail attachment, or add database or other file?

 

yes, php or other server-side script required.  server support php?
