PSE-10 Functionality With D800 Photos

i have pse-10 , new nikon d800.  when shoot photos in raw mode, neither view/f11 nor compare/f12 functions in pse-10 work photos.  file sizes big, @ 36mp or 45mb.  when shoot photos in jpeg mode, view/f11 function works, compare/f12 function still not work @ all.  never had problems old pse-7, nor photos old d300 camera.  have inputs on issue?  pse-10 incapable of handling photos d800?  please, , great!!!

sorry ask again clarification sake, resolution , size of jpeg files? same question camera raw files?

 

nikon d800 supported acr 6.7 update , should work fine on pse10.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
