i have cfhttp requests page 3rd party server parsing.

 

the code works fine, however, set cfloop retrieve several pages, make sure parsing correctly , find getting error below after few hits, maybe 50 or so. use cfflush watch results of each parse, , seems timeout on random hit, no apparent reason.

the request has exceeded allowable time limit tag: cfhttp

 

i have set timeout="9999" , made no difference, still same suddent drops.

 

i've tried on local , production server same results.

 

anybody have ideas why might ignoring timeout?

 

i've set throwonerror="false" still throws error out world see.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
