The timeline stops unexpectedly in both Premiere Pro CS5 and Encore even after rendering.

i have 16 gb of ram , z77x-up4th gigabyte motherboard.  once received message ram used up.  how possible 7 minute video.  tried deleting photoshop pictures photoshop use in video , history of undo's in premiere pro.  has occurred on separate premiere pro projects 3/4 through timeline.  once , @ same place.  tried replacing different video still stops.

what pixel dimensions of photos?

did go task manager see using memory?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
