Thread: Auto start application not executing my shell script

hi,

have created shell script , changed attributes executable giving 'chmod 755' it.

now, can manually execute terminal window , works fine.

when add entry script auto-start application, not start @ time of login. confirm auto-start thing works, made entry 'xterm' , login, opens terminal window.

why script not running on start-up then? missing here?

please advise. new shell scripts , *nix environments.

could please show content of file trying execute? have exclude permission problems, please run
