Thread: Browser hangs when trying to access webserver

ok, running ubuntu 11.10 , apache2. have forwarded port on router, zyxel pk5000z, port 80 , lan ip internal server machine ip, (192.168.xxx.xxx), have setup dmz

have domain pointing static ip address.

can access web pages on server mobile phone outside of local network, browser, in or outside of network hangs , says server did not respond.

sites enabled default virtual host set *:80 sites available

ports.conf set same way ":80 , listen on 80

not sure doing wrong, provide more info if needed, still pretty new @ thius stuff.

oh , failed mention isp not block ports

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
