Thread: Bugged start menu

hi,

have lubuntu on laptop , have experienced bug or something.
when have i.e. firefox open , open start menu, list of entries not change while scroll through different entries, means once open tab system settings , want go on internet, system settings entries still displayed.
because laptop slow (don't think so, 3 or 4 years old only) or driver issue or else?

what version of lubuntu have installed? when had 11.04 installed, noticed menu slow change open application went away install of 11.10. haven't had problem since.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
