Thread: Can't Connect to Wired Internet on Ubuntu 10.10

i upgraded desktop computer's motherboard. dual-boots windows 7 , ubuntu 10.10. booted ubuntu , discovered can't connect wired internet. works fine on windows , haven't made wiring changes since. haven't had issue well-behaved ubuntu installation before. far first problem caused new motherboard, suspect kind of driver issue, i'm not sure how deal on ubuntu, since can't install drivers.

diagnosing , fixing problem appreciated. i'm typing on laptop has ubuntu 10.10, can use compare diagnostics.

let's figure out driver needs. please open terminal , run , post here:
code:
lspci -nn | grep 0200
thanks.
